Lynne Ciaramita, RN, Co-ownerLynne is the Clinical Coordinator for Lakeview’s Long-Term Care Pharmacy and Co-owner of the business with her husband, Pete. Lynne has a BA from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and she is a graduate of the Mercy School of Nursing in Des Moines, IA. |

Amy Schiveley, Pharm. D, Pediatric Pharmacy SpecialistAmy received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Drake University and completed a Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist Residency at Vanderbilt University. She has an in-depth knowledge of issues specific to children. |

Debbie LoCurto, R. Ph, Personal PharmacistDebbie is a registered pharmacist and graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is an expert in compounding pharmacology and is working to bring new services to Lakeview customers. |

Jodi M. Tsapyak, Pharm. DJodi received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has a wide range of experiences from working in hospitals, pediatric infusion, and retail pharmacies. Her special interests include autism and the therapeutic uses of vitamins and supplements. |

Mark Pelton, R.Ph. FASCP, Personal PharmacistMark is a registered pharmacist, a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (FASCP)** and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Mark has over 25 years of hospital pharmacy experience as well as long-term care, geriatric and retail experience. |

Lisa Boerner, Pharm. DLisa is a registered pharmacist and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She brings her diverse background of nearly 10 years of hospital-based pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of each and every customer. |
