New Patient Enrollment
When a new patient enrolls at your facility, we will need their basic information, a copy of their insurance card, and their medication list with prescription information to begin dispensing medications.
Vaccination & Injection Services
On-site vaccination clinics are available during the fall and winter months to administer your patients and staff flu and COVID vaccines.

eMARs Integration
We have partnered with multiple companies to allow for seamless Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMARs) integration with your facility. This ensures your staff has the current medication and dosing information for each patient. We also provide a physical medication list for every patient at the start of their dosing cycle, and whenever their medication protocol changes. Our LTC pharmacy systems are designed to work seamlessly with your existing facility management software.
Medication Review
We recommend that every patient receives an annual medication review to ensure their treatment plan provides the desired results. We will review their medication administration records to confirm the prescribed dosing schedule is followed, and to identify the need for possible adjustments. In the event we identify any discrepancies or possible changes, we will work with the patient’s physician to determine the best course of action.
Site Visits
Our pharmacists are available to visit your facility to perform an annual review of your facility, systems, and records to help you remain compliant with DHS 83 as it pertains to medication administration. We will then review any findings and potential recommendations with you upon completion.
Medication Cart
Care facilities with at least 10 patients at one location are eligible to use one of our complimentary medication storage carts. These carts are specifically designed to accommodate multi-dose and single-dose blister cards to easily organize each patient’s cycle. Each cart also contains a locked drawer for proper narcotic storage.
Free Delivery
We provide free delivery to our long term care customers Monday through Friday, and we can accommodate most same-day requests. We also provide limited delivery services on Saturday exclusively for necessary PRN requests. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or major holidays.
