Consultations
A Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) is an opportunity to have an honest conversation with a pharmacist to help improve your health outcomes. Our pharmacist will review all the prescription medications and dietary supplements you take to identify possible conflicts or harmful side effects. You will also learn the purpose of each medication and supplement, and how possible diet and lifestyle changes can maximize their benefits.

In the event any concerns or unnecessary medications are identified, our pharmacist will work with your doctor to update your medication plan to a safer and more effective treatment. People who understand the purpose of their medications are more likely to take them as directed, which helps reduce the opportunity for health complications or hospitalization.
