If you have a chronic prescription, Lakeview Pharmacy provides two medication management solutions to effectively manage your medications and ease the burden of monthly refills. Our MedSync program works well if you have a structured and stable prescription cycle that repeats each month, while our PackSync program simplifies a complex prescription regimen through advanced medication management techniques.
MedSync
MedSync is ideal if you are self-sufficient and remain compliant with your prescription requirements each month. When you enroll in this free medication management program, we coordinate the schedule for your medications so each item will be refilled at the same time.
When your refill date approaches, we will review your prescriptions and, if necessary, request additional refills from your physician. A doctor will occasionally deny this request, indicating they would like to see you before additional medications are authorized. When this occurs, we will contact you to explain the situation, and request that you make an appointment with your doctor.

PackSync
Similar to MedSync, when you begin our PackSync medication management program, we will coordinate the timing so all of your scheduled medications will be refilled at the same time. The advantage of the PackSync program is we will package all the scheduled medications for each dosing period in a common bubble. We provide four separate, color-coded trays for the morning, lunch, evening, and nighttime doses, and each tray contains 28 bubbles with a clear identification of the enclosed medications.
Benefits of our PackSync program include:
- Reduced confusion – the medications for each dosing period are packaged together, which eliminates the need to manage numerous vials each day
- Improved safety – significantly reduces the chance of missing a dose or taking an incorrect dose
- Increased independence – color coded trays clearly indicate which tray to use during the day and every bubble provides the time, date and dose information
- Increased freedom – you no longer need to fill and manage multiple pill boxes
- Free delivery – we will deliver your monthly medications free of charge
- High value – we charge a $15 monthly fee to cover our packaging costs (any insurance copayments are an additional charge)
