At Lakeview Pharmacy, our goal is to help you fulfill your medication needs. Below are all of the pharmacy services that we offer in an effort to do so.

Mobile prescription refills

With iRefill™, our mobile prescription application, you can get mobile prescription refills at any time and anywhere. We’ve made refilling medications a hassle-free experience for all patients. The iRefill app is available for download on iPhone® iPad® and Android™ smartphones and tablets.

Prescription Delivery

At Lakeview Pharmacy, we want you to know that you can rely on us when you need an extra hand. We put our patients first to ensure their needs are met with prescription delivery. Call in your prescription by 10 A.M. Monday through Friday and our driver will deliver it between noon and 6 P.M. The charge per delivery is a flat rate of only $5, no matter how many prescriptions are delivered.

MedSync

MedSync is a FREE program where we fill all of a patient’s medications at the same time each month to eliminate the need for multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy. Once the prescriptions are filled, our pharmacists call the patient to ensure all of his/her medications are filled up-to-date and answer any questions or concerns that the patient may have. In addition, we automatically check for refills each week in order to request new prescriptions on any that are out of refills or have expired.

Medication Therapy Management

Our Medication therapy management, also known as CMR (Comprehensive Medication Review) is an opportunity for us to sit down with our patients for about 30-45 minutes to discuss in detail their medication regimen. By carefully reviewing all the medications a patient takes, including over-the-counter and herbal supplements, we are able to avoid possible drug interactions, manage side effects, treat health conditions based on current medical guidelines, update their medicine list and most importantly, help each patient learn to take their medications appropriately and regularly.

One Price Prescription Drug Plan

At Lakeview Pharmacy, our patients save hundreds each year with our One Price Prescription Dug Plan. This plan is designed to combat the rising cost of medications and for Part D use while in the doughnut hole or to avoid reaching the doughnut hole.
